NEW YORK DAILY NEWS: Ridgewood brewed in rich history

As a teen, Ann Maggio moved into a newly built one-family house in Ridgewood with her parents. Sixty-four years later, Maggio is still in the neighborhood – and still in the same house. In Ridgewood, she is not alone. “All my life – 51 years – I have not moved off the block I was born on. I moved about eight houses up in 1979 when my wife and I bought our house,” said Paul Kerzner, president of the Greater Ridgewood Restoration Corp.
