When a 24-year-old Angela Mirabile was called in to interview for a position with Community Board 5 in 1981, she knew that she wanted to become active in local politics and community service. What she didn’t know was that as a result of that interview, she would spend the next 33 years of her life overseeing graffiti cleanup with the Greater Ridgewood Restoration Corp.
